By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We provide tax preparation, filing, registration, and advisory services, including income tax filing, NTN and sales tax registration, business registration, intellectual property, and USA company services. The scope of each engagement is described when you select a service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. Information you provide must be accurate and complete.
Service fees are shown before you confirm an order. Government fees, taxes, and third-party charges may be additional. Payment terms and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Filing is performed through the FBR IRIS portal and other government systems. We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or decisions of the FBR, SECP, or other authorities, or for changes in law or policy that affect your filing.
Services are provided with professional care but without warranty of a particular tax outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify Filer Pakistan against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
